       The above is our Standard Service Package we do it all from start to finish, no matter how many charges you have I will expunge all the charges for one flat fee. Just trust me, from my experience this is the best way to do it. We include the Sales Tax, Court Filing Fee and Mailing Costs. No reason to keep coming back to you for more payments and checks. Once you make the payment we do the rest, real simple then we can get on with the real work.

       The above is our Basic Service Package includes the Sales Tax on us. With this service we prepare the expungement documents for you. We will then send you the completed documents that will be ready to file with your County Superior Court, with full easy to follow instructions for every step you need to take thereafter. You will be responsible for the Court Filing Fee, Mailing Fees and any other costs of the process.

       Warning: this package is really more for the do it yourself person that would like to save some money on the fee. The steps to follow are easy but you have to keep up with the process. The filings are date sensitive, which you will receive from the court that must go out within a prescribed time period. If you are not the type of person to keep up with the filings and mailings, then I really would honestly recommend our Standard Service Package.
