Hello I am Richard Nalbantian and below is a little about me.

• Formally, my previous position for over a decade was the Executive Administrator of a New Jersey Law Firm. I worked along side a Certified New Jersey Criminal Attorney and New Jersey Super Lawyer, who is also currently serving as a New Jersey Superior Court Judge.

About Expungement Filing

• The truth of the matter is that 99.9% of the time you do not need an attorney to file an expungement. Only in special cases will you require the services of an attorney.

• This does not mean you can go out and simply do it yourself either! for most of us at least.

• First you have to see if you are Eligible for an expungement under the New Jersey Code of Criminal Justice, prescribed under the.

• "New Jersey Expungement Statute - N.J.S.A. 2C:52-1 et seq."  you can go to the "are you eligible" section above and check to see if you are.

• The easy part really is finding out if you are eligible for an expungement!

• The most difficult process of the expungement is the filing, correspondences and mailings that must go out to all the State and Local agencies including the time sensitive issues that come up. This is why many people choose to acquire our services for their expungements needs. 

• The process of filing an expungement and seeing it through to the end, to accomplish the goal of expunging your record has many parts to it and can be overwhelming for the average person especially, dealing with the legal system.
